Leads & CRM
The Leads area is where you review, filter, and update prospects after discovery and enrichment. It is shared across projects you can access.
List and filters
Use search and the filter panel to narrow the table. Apply filters to refresh the list; counts reflect what you are allowed to see in your workspace.
Typical filter dimensions include:
- Project — limit to one project.
- CRM status — where the lead sits in your process (see below).
- Platform — source platform of the lead.
- Priority — qualification priority from the pipeline.
- Assignee — teammate responsible for the lead.
- Outreach channel — intended or detected channel (for example email, Telegram, WhatsApp), when relevant.
- Score — minimum and/or maximum score range.
- Has contact / Missing contact — whether usable contact details (such as email or messaging identifiers) are present.
- Needs manual outreach — leads that require a human or draft step before sending.
Quick presets
When available, shortcuts jump to common combinations (for example ready with contact, manual outreach queue, follow-up, missing contact) so you do not have to set each field by hand.
CRM status versus outreach
CRM status describes your sales or growth process: for example New, Reviewed, Ready, Contacted, Follow-up, Replied, and terminal outcomes like Converted or Archived.
Separately, the UI may show outreach channel or send-state hints (for example whether a channel is configured). Those reflect how you might reach the lead, not always the same thing as CRM status. Connect channels under Integrations.
Opening a lead
Open a lead’s detail page for full enrichment fields, reasons, channel availability, and history. Status changes and notes stay with the lead for your team.
CRM statuses
Use bulk actions to update many rows when appropriate. Statuses describe pipeline position; combine with filters to work queues (for example “Ready” plus “has contact”).
Manual email queue
Some workflows use Manual email queue when a draft or human send step is required. If your workspace connects Gmail or Microsoft 365, you can send from the dashboard; otherwise connect accounts under Integrations.
Sending email in bulk
From the list you can send to multiple selected leads when a connected mail account is available. Per-row validation applies: missing body, wrong channel, or missing recipient skips that row only. Successful sends typically move status toward Contacted per your workflow rules.
