1. Scope
This Refund / Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions, trials, and billable usage offered by Eryx.
2. Trials
Certain plans may include a free trial if offered at checkout. Trial availability may depend on plan type, configuration, or account eligibility. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription may begin automatically.
3. Subscription renewals and cancellation
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled beforehand.
- You can cancel through the billing portal made available in the app once a Stripe subscription is active, or by contacting us if you cannot access the portal.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or checkout states differently, charges already incurred for the current billing period are not refunded on a prorated basis.
- After your paid period or trial ends, access to paid subscription features, included credits, or usage allowances may be reduced, paused, or removed until you subscribe again.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, stated in a specific offer, or agreed by us in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
- We do not normally offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, unused credits, inactivity, or mistaken plan selection after a charge has been processed.
- Metered, overage, or on-demand usage that has already been incurred is generally non-refundable.
- If we make a billing error, duplicate charge, or other clear charging mistake, we will review the case in good faith and correct confirmed errors.
5. Enterprise or custom arrangements
If you have a separately negotiated enterprise or custom agreement with us, that agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with this policy.
6. How to request a billing review
If you believe there has been a billing issue, contact business@eryx.digital within 14 days of the charge and include the account email, invoice or charge details, and the reason for the request.
7. Policy updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date where appropriate.
