Quickstart
Eryx helps you run lead discovery, then enrichment & outreach on selected leads, inside projects and runs. You end up with outreach-ready leads for your stack. For terminology, see Core concepts.
1. Create an account
Sign up from the marketing site, confirm your email if required, and sign in. You land on the dashboard.
2. Create a project
- Open Projects and choose New project.
- Name the project and describe your ICP (ideal customer profile) and sources — this guides how runs are configured.
- Save. You can edit workflow settings later from the project page.
For a field-by-field guide to the project form, see Project setup.
3. Run discovery, then enrichment (project workflow)
On the project page, the workflow section walks through three steps:
-
Lead discovery — Start a discovery run to search your configured sources and add or update leads for this project. Progress appears on the project and under Runs. This run type is lead discovery (finding candidates).
-
Select leads — After you have leads, choose which rows to include in the next step. You can:
- Pick rows manually in the leads table for the project, or
- Use quick select shortcuts (for example all new leads, high priority, or score at or above a threshold), or
- Use select latest batch when available to take leads from the most recent discovery run.
-
Enrichment & outreach — When at least one lead is selected and no conflicting run is active, start enrichment & outreach to enrich those leads and prepare outreach (according to your workspace setup). This is a separate run type from discovery; both are listed under Runs with different pipeline labels.
You can repeat discovery to grow the pool, then run enrichment again on a new selection.
4. Review leads across projects
Open Leads to filter, sort, and open a lead’s detail page for enrichment fields, reasons, CRM status, and outreach context. The list spans projects you can access.
5. Connect outreach (optional)
To send email or messages from Eryx:
- Open Integrations in the app (or read the full guide under Integrations).
- Connect Gmail, Microsoft 365, Telegram, or WhatsApp Cloud API as needed.
- Your workspace must have billing and usage in good standing for some actions — see Billing & usage.
